MAPS101 ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW SALES DIRECTOR Santa Barbara, CA — [March 27, 2008] — Maps101, the leading subscription-based Web site providing K-12 teachers, librarians and students with access to an extensive collection of maps, atlases, lesson plans and other resources for use in geography, history, social studies and earth science classes, today announced the hiring of Loraine Klotz as National Sales Director. Klotz was previously the Southwest Area Sales Manager for the Social Studies Division of Nystrom, the Herff-Jones Education Company. The hiring of Klotz marks the return of Maps.com's direct sales efforts of Maps101 after a two-year exclusive distribution relationship with Nystrom.
