In The News articles and related resources, a variety of lesson plans have
been prepared by an experienced classroom teacher and curriculum specialist
whose expertise is in developing Web-related materials. All of the lesson plans
are also available as PDF files which allows subscribers to print out selected
materials in the formats shown online.
The lesson plans are grade-referenced and consist of the following
features: objectives and procedures, estimated time frames, ties to national
standards, descriptions of materials needed, and extended learning suggestions.
Pre-formatted student handouts are included, where appropriate.
